COVID PROTOCOLS
For our staff and your safety, please follow the instructions by the British Columbia Association of Optometrists:
- All visitors must wear a face mask or face covering during their visit.
- There will be a temperature check upon entering the office.
- Patients must come alone. If they need a support person, only one support person or child can be allowed.
- Please sanitize your hands immediately upon entry to the clinic.
- Please refrain from touching anything not needed for the appointment.
- Please refrain from talking during the performance of all testing procedures unless directed to respond to a question by staff or the Doctor. This is to limit airborne transmission.
- Washroom is NOT accessible to visitors as it can potentially increase risk of spreading COVID-19.
- If you have any symptoms such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing, pneumonia in both lungs or any other cold/flu like symptoms such as fever, sore throat with headaches, please rebook your appointment as you may not be allowed to enter the clinic.
